Q: How can I buy a diamond without seeing it first?

A: Rest assured that all the diamonds are certified. All the specifications are listed for our client’s reference.  All diamonds over 0.35ct will be delivered with a certificate - Manuel Spinosa Guarantee and certified by a recognized Gemological Institute.

Q: How do I know that your jewelry is really 18 karats?

A: All of our jewelry comes from “Laboratorio Oficial de Contraste de nuestra Comunidad Autónoma.” The imprinted karat in our jewelry is required by law throughout Europe and is apparent in each piece. The gold pieces must properly pass the 750 mark, followed by the initials of the Autonomous Laboratory and the number of the official issuing it.

Q: Do you have platinum jewelry?

A: Yes, we also offer jewelleries made from platinum, 18k gold and sterling silver 925. Clients can check out the jewelry pieces that they like from our catalog. If the design is not offered in the metal that they wish, clients may send us a request.

Q: How do I find the ring size?

A: Our clients can use a piece of rope strand or string to measure their finger. We have a ring sizer available for download so that you can determine the ring size.

Q: Do you make exclusive custom jewelry?

A: Our design department can run a computer graphic of the design and style of the jewelry that you want. Our clients also have the option of changing the metal type, number of diamonds, gem dimensions, color of semi-precious gems and adjust any of our products to fit their budget. Q: Do you charge additional fees for shipping?

A: All shipments are free inside the Peninsula and are secured by our courier company NACEX.
Shipments outside of the peninsula have varying shipping costs, depending on destination.

Q: Do you sell without VAT?

A: No

Prices include VAT.
Prices of gold and diamond products may vary depending on the price of gold and diamonds on the world market. The jewelry market is volatile and precious metal prices increase and decrease.   It should also be noted that prices vary especially carat products like diamonds, as not all diamonds are cut exactly alike and this affects the final price as well.

Resizing the ring is FREE.

FAQ3 – Shipping

Shipping is FREE to customers who buy products from our online store in Spain. We use Logistics Nacex to ensure all our shipments and deliveries.
Within the European Union (EU) shipping costs are 59 €.

If you live outside the EU, your order is exempt from Value Added Tax (VAT) of 21% and shipping is about 99 €.

After registering, our site will use your default shipping address and your shopping cart will automatically calculate the price of each product and shipping. If you have other shipping addresses, please contact us or add your new address with your account.
Urgent 24H and Insured

The products are usually delivered 3 to 7 working days after confirmation of payment. If the item is currently out of stocks, estimated delivery time will be between 10 and 20 days. This delivery time is also applicable to the following cases:

  • If the diamond color is rare, limited edition, special sizes ....
  • Request for Specific design of a jewel
  • Jewelry replicas
  • Delivery address is different from the residence.

Q: Can I choose the date and time of delivery?

A: Our clients can ask us to send their orders on a particular day. Please Don’t  forget to indicate this in the "Special Instructions" when ordering. Although we try to accommodate our client’s instructions, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery as the route of our courier changes on a daily basis. Our clients however can call or contact us should they need an item to be delivered urgently or at a specific time.

Q: Do you sell outside of Spain?

A: Yes. You can order from anywhere in the world.

FAQ5 - Buying Gold Services

Our clients can sell their jewelry pieces to us. We buy gold and use a system in determining the gold price. Rest assured that we follow fair trade policy. The money from the sale will either be deposited to your bank account or be credited to your account with us to be deducted from your purchase with us. If you wish to sell your jewelleries, please contact us for further information. For your convenience, a courier will be dispatched to pick up the jewels from your home. 

FAQ6 - Payment Methods:

Clients will receive an email containing the account number of Banco Santander and Banco Banesto once a purchase is made. 

Bank Transfer. Bank transfer will usually be immediate if the client uses the same bank as ours. The transfer maybe delayed by up to 2 days for other banks. Please inquire about wire transfer or bank transfer with your local bank.

Paypal, Transfer Card or Gift Voucher. With paypal, one can immediately transfer the payment for the order. You can also pay without a paypal account, card or transfer.

Gift Cheque. Gift cheques are ideal gifts if our clients don’t know what jewelry pieces to buy. They can buy the gift cheque from our online store and the recipient will receive the voucher code and a personalized written greeting from the client or anonymously if they prefer.
